"Art House" is a story about a co-op that was funded in the 70s for art and design students to provide support in the way of free housing. However, presently it has degenerated into a party house with minimal artistic participation, which gives grounds for the Dean to close it down. The story follows the Art House resident, Gwen and her enthusiastic push to revitalize the art movement and keeping the historic co-op open for future artistic generations.
